Since 1997, the company has been a subsidiary of ÖRAG Österreichische Realitäten AG based in Vienna and thus is part of a leading real estate service provider - the ÖRAG Group. In 2018, this fact was made visible by renaming the company into ÖRAG Immobilien West GmbH.
