ÖRAG Immobilien West has been entrusted with the management of this property since way back in 1970. At present it manages 19 apartments on the site.
Incidentally: Plainstraße gets its name from the fact that it leads towards Plainberg hill ("Plain" for short) with its pilgrimage church Maria Plain. It also commemorates the Counts of Plain, a medieval noble family whose lands included the lowland area extending from Lueg Pass to Tittmoning in what is now Germany.
